  6. Eating at work is very important and has a massive effect on energy levels. Breakfast is also important. I'm one of the ones who can't stomach a big breakfast first thing, but I can handle a big smoothie full of fruits, spinach, raw eggs and almond milk.
  7. At least we know what the questions going to be now!
  8. I understand what you're saying, my point is though most people simply don't have the time to spare to sit through a 17 minute video. I wish I did!

  12. It's an automated and random hack attempt. Nothing to worry about and it's unlikely their software will attempt the same account twice. As always though please make sure your password is reasonably sensible

  17. Confor Woodland Show 2015 is back in September The popular biennial show is back in September – bigger and better for 2015! 10/11 September 2015, Longleat Estate Preparations for the Confor Woodland Show are ramping up, with less than two months to go. Following a great show in 2013, the biennial Confor Woodland Show returns on 10/11 September 2015. The show alternates with Confor's APF exhibition and provides an excellent platform for those working in the industry to meet, buy and sell. The Confor Woodland Show is an important event for all those involved in the forestry, arboricultural or timber processing sectors. There will over 120 stands and demonstrations for everyone from contractors and tree surgeons to foresters and farmers with woodland, from timber buyers and processors to landowners and anyone interested in the rural environment: See the latest forest machinery in action Drive off-road in 4x4 Talk to forestry professionals and advisors Watch creative wood crafts Catch up on the latest in conservation and biodiversity Learn more about woodfuel and sustainable energy Marvel at the skills of the loggers The show is sponsored by UPM Tilhill (Gold Sponsor), Euroforest (Gold Sponsor) and John Clegg & Co (Bronze Sponsor). Arranging the woodland site to fit all the different activities in a manner that combines safety with good access and visibility for the visitors is always a challenge. Archers, chainsaw carvers, the UK Loggers and Spike Milton from Stihl Timbersports will be joined by a team of axe throwers this year. The popular horse logging demos will be back and Euroforest will proudly display the spectacular Konrad Highlander timber harvester. The overall theme for Confor at the show this year is certification. Come and talk to Confor, Grown in Britain and PEFC. Whether you are a forestry business or an interested individual there will be something for you in the packed programme of events, talks and topical seminars that Confor and the Forestry Commission are hosting throughout the two-days of the show.
  18. Missed this first time round, great job as usual mate
