  1. Update, the children's trust ironed out the glitches in their new site only to then find out worldpay isn't working. Sorry about this, very frustrating
  2. i'm annoyed that I have to go to work every day!
  3. Jeez, don't read so much into everything! It was merely an interesting fact I thought i'd share
  4. tescos give all the 5p's to charity, allegedly
  5. I overheard something interesting today whilst out shopping. The guy on the till gave the customer a carrier bag for free, which she questions. Apparently charging for carrier bags only applies if the company has in excess of 250 employees. So all those small shops that are charging(with the exception of the ones donating the money to charity), don't need to be.

  7. not really. Had a set of poles with me but didn't end up using them, it was easier to climb it.
  8. not really, although sometimes I wonder It was a little awkward as the back side of the tree which you can't see in the pic had been hit back quite hard as theres a conservatory underneath it, so there were some awkward gaps to work with, resulted in the left side not really matching the right. Wasn't terrible, but not as good as i'd have liked.
  9. 2 weeks off work and maybe a short 2-3 day trip somewhere with the kids

    Books

There will be plenty for anyone to take away from that book, even if it doesn't cover the latest srt techniques etc
  11. There's a massive spate of thefts at the moment! Please get them listed on arbsafe of you have the serial numbers
  12. Mid way through a yew reduction, I may or may not post this finished results if it looks any good. Forgot to get a before pic . It's the odd tree like this that makes me wish I had an srt rig
  13. Last job of the day, crappy silver birch to re-reduce. Lots of rot pockets in most of the previous multiple reduction points. Horrible tree
  14. I'll wait till I have the link to purchase tickets otherwise it will just confuse matters even more
  15. Bad news. The Childrens trust have run into some glitches on their new site, I'm assured it will be ready by tomorrow
