Sorry just to clarify. The movement alarm is set manually by calling the office to have it set. This is typically done when leaving the machine in an unsecured area overnight or if going away. This will notify the monitoring station who will in turn notify the customer via sms immediately.

When the battery runs out there is a £69 + vat service which includes a new battery, full product refurbish and installation of the latest firmware.

Like Gazelle said, putting in a bigger tree won't necessarily fill the space quicker as they can take longer to establish. Leylandii are obviously the quickest but not ideal at all. Thuja make for nicer specimens although not as fast growing. How about an Atlas Cedar? You could buy decent sized standards in this variety although that will depend on access and more importantly your budget. Heres an example.
