  1. All cases are delt with by different people and all cases have different stories of what happened and so it goes that some go away for years others don't, that's how it is. I keep trying to point out that you are looking at things that confirm your biases, we all have biases, but you don't look at other views or statistics that may give you a balanced view but please try. Finally please stop with the derogatory name calling.
  2. I wasn't aware, but I'm not surprised.
  3. A good question. Do you need a membership card? Or is it a general slide away from just being xenophobic ? If someone doesn't want to wrestle with the reason they have certain thoughts on other groups of people are they just lazy or gullible to headlines that describe things that they see around them? As soon as you are treating or thinking that groups of people are lesser than the group of people you belong to then you are stepping into that territory. I think it is similar to conspiracy theorists who assemble various irrational views together as armour so they have a worldview that is not chaotic, easily repaired if breached by stuffing with another idea. Accept what you can't change and I suppose vice versa.
  4. Ah, I see, apologies I hadn't scrolled down and read your confirmation bias screenshot. Think first, compare and contrast with opposing views and really get into the various views rather than cherry pick what you need to support your biases.
  5. To do that and get all het up is ridiculous, why not dig deeper into it and find the biggest group that sexual exploit women and girls?
  6. I'll make it easier for you. You posted a quote from someone who suggested that to call someone a racist closes down a discussion, I'm suggesting that the same is true when you use libtard or similar. I'm sorry that you couldn't understand that for whatever reason.
  7. Right-wing supremacist sentenced over plot to kill worshipping Muslims while disguised as armed police officer | The Crown Prosecution Service WWW.CPS.GOV.UK 🤷
  8. What does he have to say when someone throws around that libtard charge at people?
  9. It was of course a time when (too) many people were on the dole and I suppose, happily, they wanted employment and hence the title of their first album. Thanks for the clarification 👍
  10. Far from it. No need for that or name calling.
  11. Is a community that needs to look at itself in the light of biblical teaching
  12. Like I said earlier, single incidents don't make something true unless it's confirmation bias so let's dance... Avertissement de redirection WWW.GOOGLE.COM Jail for man who attacked police officer at Brighton counter-demonstration | The Crown Prosecution Service WWW.CPS.GOV.UK Avertissement de redirection WWW.GOOGLE.COM Avertissement de redirection WWW.GOOGLE.COM You see what I mean?
  13. None apart from the way you justify your confirmation bias. I didn't ask you to, you posted it up there. Yes, again you said it quite clearly.
  14. I was pointing out that a single incident that you have dragged up shows that you are trying to justify your political stance by posting that single incident, confirmation bias.
  15. Did you think that he could also be an alcoholic, the two often go hand in hand?
  16. Why does a single instance suddenly mean reform are doing well. Go down the bigg market regular enough and you'll see a middle aged white guy do similar.
  17. Yeah 30 would be about right, keeps them sweet and hopefully you will get a phone call next time they have more wood
  18. Just read the BBC report from the Tyne region and they aren't doing themselves any favours at all.
  19. Just heard on the news that one of the defendants has said he wasn't there and didn't know about any plans to cut it down, he claims that someone took his Range Rover as several people knew where the keys were kept and also took his phone as well. Not sure if that's going to work well as a defence here.
  20. Sounds great, what about those who will, through no fault of their own, be forever unable to do much work if any?
  21. Is it directly to the club or is it a private thing between you and a greenkeeper?
  22. Not sure if its helpful but I read a book by Robert Hardy that iirc, it was 30 years ago admittedly, that covered the process of making one. I would have given a link but its late and just in from the rubba-dub-dub.
  23. If its Willoughby, as soon as possible! Someone had to.
  24. That's the problem though, we only have quantitive data that only goes back so far other than that its just 2nd 3rd 4th hand much like the garden bird survey. I remember the amount of starling in the town as a kid and adolescent now there aren't as many but I have to run under bridges or walk in the road because of the amount of kittiwake that I never saw back in the day. However its toasty in the garden and there's loads of greenfly flying past and I wonder if there will be a huge amount of ladybirds next year like we got a couple of times back in the 60's 70's?
