So now need a tipper body [emoji846][emoji846]. Does this spending please never end ?

Nope. Not in this game, been wondering the same thing, yesterday was thinking I've pretty much got every tool needed to do tree work now from hedgecutters to saws to chipper to stump grinder, then get to the job and realise an extension to my combi system would let me do the sides of a reduction I was doing way faster than limb walking so off I go to the nearest dealer and spend another £80 on a shaft!

I have green mech quadtrak 160. It's a beast, I love it, just changed the belts on it and done a strip down rebuild in two days, Kubota engine is a wee gem. I have however had it shut down on me twice for overheating as the mesh in front of the engine fan blocks up frequently! If you keep on top of it it's ok. Blade changes are a bit fiddly but they just really need rotating on the square blades other than that i don't have a bad thing to say about it!

How far you goin to be travelin with this tractor chipper set up?..

 

If its far away, you might be some time gettin there at twenty mile an hour...:thumbdown:

depends on the tractor we have some in the yard that do 60 and I think the fastracs do 85:001_tt2:
