Use the spare otherwise it will be too old to use.

point taken. I'll pop the spare on and get to new ones. Think I'll order them in to the garage and get them changed Thursday afternoon. have a couple of little jobs in the morning and then some free time.

Just have them delivered? Like these ones on eBay. Got these in the watchlist as might do it this way as old wheels are a bit rusty so will smarten the chipper up a bita8bf05f9c9c8b585884668880900c1b8.jpg

Try to use a tyre place that deals with ag and commercial customers you will get far more sense out of them than a car garage we just read the numbers off the side down the phone and they tell us exactly what the tyre is on and what we need whether its a tractor pickup lorry ifor low loader they always know perfectly with no confusion over load ratings and what not

I'll give Listers a try. They are just down the road.

The load rating is pretty important. Whilst the rating might be 670kg and most average chippers are a similar weight to a small car.

A car has four wheels and it has far superior suspension and shock absorbing abilities in comparison to an indispension unit.

The way some drivers drag chippers over bumpy roads and speed humps I'm surprised we don't hear of more blow outs
