New Husky Fuel Can

How long did the fuel spout work on your new Husky fuel can? Both of mine have given up within 2 months. Was hoping they were going to be better than the old ones not worse.

Think mine lasted a bit longer than that. I asked the dealer when I bought it had they sorted the problem, said yes, would've bought the Oregon one else

After two spouts im back to my old stihl can, terrible build quality on those spouts,I also find they leak oil regardless how tight I made the cap. These cans are close to being not fit for purpose. Junk:thumbdown:

I've got non of the four nozzles have had any issues or leeks I only use em five to six days a week though maybe u guys are working so much harder they just can't handle it 🤔

I can guarantee you I'm not working too hard

 

I think they have a few manufacturers for these cans and one of them are poor, so its just your luck what can you buy.

Mine lasted about 2mths aswell waste of time,i been using the oil one and that seems ok for now

My fuel spout lasted about a year b4 it started playing up so i started using the oil spout on the fuel side, alas this is now playing up too. Anyone know if you can dis-assemble them spouts and fix the issues ??

 

I also find the oil seems to somehow 'seep out' no matter how carefully you screw on the spout.

Have just bought a replacement fuel spout at ~5 years old. That's the power of Aspen
