Very nice! Whats the milage?

Be carefull of the mileage thing. The worst disco I owned had 40k all the rest were great and had 150k. The 53 plate I have at the moment did 85k in the first year. Carefull owners and good history are more of a clue. A clean un abused interior helps.

Bout ya! I run two of the green oval beasts. I have a 86 90 and a 130 300tdi tipper. Both can be a pain in the ass but if you need something you can work to death and then rebuild on the cheap over a weekend look no further. I aint sure how to put pics here but check out the landrover group thing to see mine, five grand all in:thumbup:

This is the truth.

I run a Transit double cab with ali greedy boards, and every time I fill it with chip, cord, whatever I am breaking the law on weight regs. Fact.

It is very reliable, warm, comfy, has loads of room for gear, blokes and dogs, but off road, even lightly, is s***e.

My mate runs Landrovers, 110 and 130 tippers and TD5 Defender. They are all the opposite of all the good points above, BUT, they are king off-road (with Goodrich tyres), and they could pull a train out of a toffee ditch.

You decide what you want mate, but there is nowt perfect.

the only thing about landy's is you have got to be prepared to spend a lot of money in the first place to get a decent one or spend a little and have to spend a lot to get it up to spec (guess which i did :blushing::blushing: and that was a 90 station wagon)
