Soon there won't be any GP doctors . The booking of appointments is rapidly going " on line " Oldies want someone to talk to and soon AI will replace doctors . Just type in your symptoms and hey presto ....this is what you need . The role of the doctors receptionist is coming to an end me thinks .

but I was told there's boat loads arriving every day.

The complexity of vocal communication in some primates, whales and birds...

"Alexa, tell the dog to fart outside."

Could become a reality.

I'm deaf as a post. In my early twenties I wanted to create an actual "Babel Fish", but the tech wasn't there.
I had never thought about using it to communicate with non-humans.

I don't need to tallk to my dog, but it would be cool to be able to tell my cat she was either, mint, or being a dick.

Aye, and they're being put up in knackered hotels in Newcastle. Perhaps when applications are sorted there will be one or two. Perhaps not.

Stop trying to push a narrative for the sake of it.

Everyone is fed up with the shabbyiness of the immigration system in the UK.

Bitching about it isn't going to help.

😳😳 So  nearly two hundred thousand illegals and we might get a couple of doctors 🤔I’m not sure that is good value for money. Statistically we are far more likely to get rapists and criminals.

Yup, it's clear that the immigration system isn't working.

Once that's sorted, what do you think would benefit society?

Wealth tax on the wealthy to recoup some funds? Or just be happy there are no more boats?

My guess is:

If you show the picture to your mate and he was on the same boat he'll be able to work out who he is and likewise with the list of places, find common ground!

Evidently he doesn't feel like giving everyone on an open forum all of his personal info, but was hoping to satisfy some of your curiosity.

No one asked for any personal info at all or pictures etc etc I asked the names of the ships he served on, not Pennant Numbers in particular any that may have come out of Swan Hunters. Talk about read something from nothing. No need for you to be guessing on anyone’s behalf.
There wasn’t really any point as such in the question nor any need for a random name to be thrown in or for it becoming a pissing contest of who’s been where and to what port or pub.

Your guess is biased shite from start to finish. Not a single part of it is relevant. Giving the name of a ship you served on is hardly personal information. If you are gonna try and have a dig randomly ffs up your game lad.
