No matter what the facts you prefer to believe, the actual facts are that the huge majority of sexual abuse is from white males, usually those related or known to the victims. 

If you want to protect anyone from sexual abuse you need to look at where the vast majority of the abuse is happening, and not put your finger over a single hole in a colander and expect to stop the majority of water coming through it.
