Because the accident was in the news or on an HSE post on LI, the other gentleman you mention I have no knowledge of seeing as I’ve not scoured the internet and the HSE website for white people who have had accidents at work. Plus the absolute rank stupidity of the person concerned who chose to pray under a car. 
Question answered. Now can you sort out those loose ends on anther forum.

Over the last few years there has been an increase in the number of accidents at MVR premises arising from the movement of vehicles while under repair.

Perhaps his employers should have conducted a risk assessment.

Simple question with a yes or no option to all those taking offence in particular the Blagger SP. 

 

If said individual had not been praying under the car would it have fell on him ???

The car would still have fallen. If the man had been working under the car at the time it would have fallen onto him equally. Praying did not cause the car to fall.

 

Like most workplace accidents it was down to human error - bad maintenance, poor operation, something similar. Praying has never factored into any accident cause.

Just had a good sit down meal with the team SP taking in a bit of the local vibe and culture and winding down after a long hard week, at least half a dozen nationalities at the table all equals no signs of any of the absolute garbage you create in your little world, your racism fantasies are that of an internet stranger who seems to lead a very very anonymous angry existence.
