Rishi Sunak... investigated for his wifes share holdings not being declared

Liz Truss... investigated over Britt award tickets

Boris Johnson... amongs many others... investigated over a carribean holiday.. and that flat refusbishment of course

David Cameron.... investigated for acting as a lobyist for Greenshill

Gordon Brown... investigated for failing to declare rental income

Tony Blair.. cash for peerages

.... and your point is?

(note the cases above were just the first that popped up on a google search while I was confirming what I wrote.. they are not the only investigations into any of the above)

Dear oh dear SP 😂Current PM is Starmer whom I’m pretty sure campaigned on a platform of change and openness 😂😂😂

fact is all the intelligent pensioners who made a lot of money also got winter fuel payment, retired doctors, senior management etc.

Winter payments should be for unintelligent poor people only.

Tax the brainy ones to pay for the thickos

A retired version of Michelle Mone would have spent the fuel payment on a meal out.

Labour are terrible on immigration, other than that they are more public spirited than the tories ever were.

Conservatives - greedy clever peopleead  who only care about their kind and who always know whats best for the country, HS2, selling off national water boards, farming out half the NHS and prisons, spending a fortune on consultants instead of being competent enough to make decisions in house.

You forgot the infamous VIP lanes.

Don't all politicians campaign for change though? Otherwise the voting public would just say "why bother with change if they're not going to change anything"... helping you work out how the world of politics works, your welcome.

They're all (government of all colours) very good at making "the hard choices" for the plebs they govern over, less easy for them when they're choosing on their own behalf it seems.

The PM wife's clothes thing didn't particularly bother me initially, then Lammy came on the TV this morning saying nothing wrong with it, she needs to look good representing the country. What a dick, I feel very differently now.

For one she doesn't represent the country, her existence is irrelevant to the country. And two, if the Starmers can't afford to "look good" without handouts in their position he's got no right to be running a country.

No taxpayer funding for clothes! We can sort that, let's all chip in, they can have a £500 voucher each for George at Asda.

I must admit to being rather partial to the Asda George range of attire, mind you that’s not to say I might up my game if some millionaire was picking up the tab. I wouldn’t want to look scruffy whilst lecturing the plebs and pensioners on the sacrifices they must  make.
