I think that goes on all the time with every nation but I think its a little bit different than bombs killing civilians.

 

Hopefully a mistake but since the Russians are denying that it even happened it does sound like they are pushing boundaries.

Chap in Australia sentenced to 4 years for not making a directional cut.

 

Killed his stepson with a tree, manslaughter by negligence. The case seems to have hinged (cringe) on the fact that he just didn't bother with a directional cut.

 

Tragic anyway, apparently he was relieved at the verdict, the guilt must have been eating him up.

That article does say he parked 10m closer than the height of the tree.

 

Looking at the picture it looks like someone got the reported numbers wrong, 32m tree he parked 22m. That tree is looking like 50/50 over the truck.

2 years of utter self destruction and  insanity perhaps. Wholeheartedly supported, indeed more was demanded most of the time by all those of the opposition parties now crying about the measures required to pay for it 😢.
