Cool these, That chap pete or is it paul on Tree buzz had alot to do with the making of these i think, seen a few vids on there of them :thumbup1:

Treehouse, not Treebuzz! And yes, it was Paul who prototyped and built a petrol version, the Ropetek Wraptor.

I've got one of Paul Cox's Ropetek Wraptors.

 

It's freaking amazing.

 

Here's me rocking up a Willow, probably about 50' in 30 seconds.

 

And yep, I come down for lunch. Come down and help clean up. Come down for dropped tools, (personal cabling experience). Gravity is free, and getting back up is just as easy now.

I've used one of these a few times, we even had it on our stand at the Arb Show (courtesey of Safety Technology)... great bit of kit but very limited arb application. Especially as they're about 6k!
