Unless you know how bad the injury was it doesnt mean anything. People go to A&E because they have a cough so trapping their finger in a wheelie is probably a fairly big ordeal to some.

I agree the risk from trees is over stated. The HSE deems the risk low, in there broadly acceptable region.
