As promised Billy a few from today. I put a 362 on the log for scale. I cut the log the roughly how wide a transit is.

I was looking at buying one a few months ago what put me off was the width for its size, how do you get on with it.

 

 

How wide as the one you looked at, the one in my pictures is 38" just under a meter, which I thought was reasonable.

The ones I looked at and enquired about were 1.2metres.

If you turn the machine sharply on wet grass yes it will cause damage. A good dry lawn will withstand driving on it for a day after that you will get wear. I generally have plastic boards so I can turn on such as by the truck do a 180 and then back to the pile of wood.

That's the last of my pictures. I can run it up ramps into the back of a transit and tow a tracked chipper. Making it a great combo for work where the timber and chip can stay on site. Three guys two bits of plant and only one vehicle.

Looks a great piece of kit, would be ideal, just finding one a decent price is the hard bit I guess!
