I lift weights couple of times a week,not heavy weight like body builders do just enough to keep me challenged.

I also like indoor rock climbing and do core work regularly.I really should stretch more but i currently dont do much....dont know why.

Seriously though, tabata workouts are really good for speed, strength and endurance. It's basically interval circuit training. You can choose what kind of exercises to suit your needs. Scientifically proven to give you the quickest gains. (Apparently)

Need to get back to it myself.

I lift weights 4-5 times a week, cycle to work and do a bit of running - I try to focus on my weaknesses more. I'm genetically small and skinny so lift weights to get stronger. I eat pretty well too.

stretching is the most important thing, unfortunately its about the most boring thing to do as well. If I keep up with my stretches for a good 20+ minutes a night I have very few problems. Like always though as soon as i'm back feeling good again I let the stretches lapse.

When stretching you should ALWAYS set a timer for each stretch because 10 seconds feels like a week in the jail !!! so a couple of minutes and move to the next.

I supplement tree work with Muay Thai, or is it the other way around, not worked that one out yet.

 

Stretching is great and I should do more. I've been telling myself that for years but for some reason it falls on deaf ears!

Hi I find jogging works for me tends to keep the weight of,hate doing it run 10 mile twice a week but find it clears my head don't listen to music,I feel a lot better when I get home and shower keeps me trim and always ready for a tough days graft.im far from a Heath freak I still have chippy food and a beer but don't go crazy it all about being sensible.

What make of shower do use? Didn't know they sold ones that kept you trim 😀
