Two tree ID's thanks....

Had these dumped over our wall last week, what is it??

 

 

Then what's this (in the second pic'), we think it's oak, but would like it confirmed? Tree surgeons said it destroyed 2 saws due to the trash seen in the middle. They didn't know this until cutting.

1st looks like laburnum to me

 

2nd is elm I believe

Shame about the laburnum. Rare at that size. Doesn't burn very well.

I'd go with laburnum for the first, second I'm not sure if it's oak then it has a very distinctive smell
