It's not. Look at the edge cuts. Hugely wandering cut.

 

You may be right. I'm only looking on my phone but to me it looked like a full width plank of a slightly tapering small tree with the bark removed.

I know this bandsaw it belongs to some friends of mine. They do not have a blade sharpening machine hence could be cutting better. It is in very could condition,abit slow yes. But will be a good buy for somebody.

Looks great ! ( not ) ... Who uses a 2 stroke indoors ?.. also how do you refuel ? the saw head is in a vertical position , never seen anything like it before ..

 

One of the tanks on the back stores the fuel.
