Been out to play with my kit a couple times now and while ascending isnt too difficult, no reason not to make it easier and quicker.

What do you use to make ascending with the zigzag easier?

I don't use a zigzag myself, but I've seen a few people attach a small tape sling from their bridge to the bottom krab for ascending, allowing them to get a good arm length pull from under the zigzag

I have a art rope guide which makes ascending effortless, I also use a foot ascender for long or hard acents which pulls the rope straight through the zig zag, I run New England tachyon rope which also tends very well through the device. Hope this helps

I'd handn't thought of that...what a simple hack, can't wait to try it. I'm in love with my Zig Zag.

Got a cambium saver, haven't used it yet though (started pissing it down both times before i could have another go). The adjustable bridge looks really good definitely will pick one of those up.

Those teeth on the pantin look really fierce, do they not damage the rope?

I use a 60cm tape sling and a hand ascender and works bang on 👍🏼

Im assuming you put the hand ascender underneath the zigzag?

Which one have you got?
