10 cube of 500mm skinny stuff for a pizza restaurant this afternoon.

 

Is that ash? Do the Pizza restaurants insist on the wood being a certain moisture content? Cheers

Yea it's all ash and beech.

They don't insist but I make sure anything that goes out to our pizza oven customers is under 10% on the inside of the log
