Thought id do a post to see what you guys have been up to in the firewood world, love to see some pics aswell of what logs youve been processing, and it would be a good chance to seehow u process them, either by firewoid processor, log splitter , chainsaw, sas bench or the good old AXE :)

A few pictures of our last few weeks, we're flat out cutting at the moment which is nice. The big logs on the trailer are to be split into lengths .

Done no logs today, had to get on delivering all day - catching up from the boss being on holiday last week.

 

But yesterday, I was doing a 'little' bit of elm. I mean little as in, I've never known to swear at a piece of wood so much in my life!!!!!

 

Ok, people say it get tougher to cut / split as it ages, but this must have been felled in the 1800's, it that hard!!!! :cursing::angryfire:
