Thinking of doing a plogs tread what ive been up to thanks

How can 2 of you live on £45 a week ?

 

 

Don't smoke, very little alcohol, never have wine. Wife cooks meals, she shops well. We are both veggie. Do our own pack up. Rarely drink coffee or tea.

 

Probably most peoples idea of misery.

When we first got married I was on the most simple basic tortuous diet in conjunction with treatment for my hearing, one kind of veg and one protein per meal three times a day with fruit for desert. It was cheap living

It set us up for good habits. For an economy viewpoint.

 

I am talking about food not the other costs.
