Another terrible pair of haix !

Shouldn't have any problem getting them exchanged or a refund. Protector lights are my favourites.

Maybe they need to check their whole stock as it could be a faulty batch, and so the next pair could be the same...

It's a shame but all too common with Haix now. They make the best general chainsaw boots but quality the last few years has gone to rack and ruin. Had a pair go about a week outside the warranty. Niether the supplier or Haix were interested in doing anything about it. Disappointing really on my third or fourth pair of boots that opens up at the seems just like that.

Haix boots are normally good . But have to agree with others that normally split or sole comes of . Depends on were there used .on powerline work .walking through mud pole climbing etc . Or nice garden work

From buxtons, I thought it would be easy but had the most difficult and awkward staff member saying it's not there problem and I have to go to Haix first for assessment before I can have a refund/ new pair. I'll just climb in my socks while I wait !

I haven't found more comfortable or lighter pair of boots for climbing and I now accept they will burst there seems, but normally after 8months.

That's rubbish. They sold you the goods . The contract of sale is between you and them . Several European regulations on this. Stand your ground and get your boots replaced. If the second pair is faulty you are entitled to a no quibble refund.
