Thanks everyone for the positive comments it took a lot of sweat and tears as I'm no fabricator but I'm really pleased with the outcome. If you have the time I'd recommend building your own partly because of cost but also you can change ideas as you go along to suit your needs. Whats cabstar like? they seem to offer a fair few engines that dont need ad blue.

Headboard is made from corrugated floor planks as they handle the beating from the chip spraying better than the hollow planks

Doors are made from the hollow panels with caps on the ends

Steel roof but I would have preferred Ali but tried to keep cost down. Ow and roof and floor is made from 2mm steel sheet. Floor seam welded and roof riveted encase I decide to change it in the future.
