I have been building some sheds over the break. 16x8 but I am sure u could scale it up. Amazing how fast they go up with some 4x4 timber 6 inch screws from toolstation.

all you have to do is work your shed into multiples of 1200 x2400 ( or 1220 x2440, always check whats supplied) and base your shed on these, a weekend see's a big shed going up, just check you can get roof beams in your size, (usually C16 or C24 spec can be gotton in up to 6m length) . I've found sheds and garages can be built for around 1/3 to 1/2 what it costs to get someone in
