Thanks for the info all, much appreciated.

 

I'll leave all the extra stuff for now that will essentially just be for the cs38, I'm sure the centres equipment will suffice for that, but worth noting.

 

I was penning on making the lanyard from my main line and the 3m length of boa, so I should be good on that front.

Personally I wouldn't go chopping bitsfoff your main line to make a lanyard when you could just buy a length of rope for a few quid, false economy. It's easy enough to chop a brand new rope even when you don't plan to!:001_tongue: done it myself too many times

 

yep never make a rope shorter on purpose....:001_tongue:

 

plus i think its a bit better to have a different coloured lanyard
