Hi Everyone,

Just hoping someone can help me please. I'm getting married in May and looking for someone to provided tree slices to act as serving platters.

We have searched around online and in stores but haven't found a cost effective solution as yet. I'm wondering whether anyone knows anyone that might be able to produce around 40 log slices (around 30cm round).

Thanks and here's hoping!

I do loads of these. To be honest any wood will work. Silver birch is nice as it's a bright bark with a nice white face. If you can't find anybody local then call me on 07977106671. I tend to cut them 2 days before the wedding and they need to stay outside in the fresh air to stop them splitting until the night before as I've seen 2 inch thick rings split within 24 hours in the heat of a room
