If I had to return to the UK it would be Scotland. Had relatives in Blair Atholl and anywhere north of that would suit, especially out on Rannoch Moor. Otherwise, Glencoe or around that area. I'd want to be isolated I think and living off grid.

I'm very fortunate to have a wee cottage and 60 acres in the Glenkin hills right on the edge of the main Galloway hills, I like the fact no body goes there and it's so isolated, most folk head north. Go there for about four weeks over the year. I need to find work up there to allow me to move north full time!

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
