Still stand by the Lidl ones. Had mine a couple of years and get used most days. They live in a wet shed and get dropped on a regular basis but keep on working. Not the best sound attenuation but for £30 can't complain. Class Olsen do an identical pair and also saw them on Amazon recently for around £25

This looks like them but can't find them on Amazon now http://www.clasohlson.com/uk/Radio-Ear-Defenders/40-9565?gclid=CjwKEAiAy7SzBRD_lv7quOnr6XUSJAAOLkW61HyvHYVVQJ3RUvLUnl6zouOArW63JLlFHTjop_EVJhoCRYjw_wcB

There's been a few threads on these recently, I got a set of 3M Peltor Worktunes off ebay from USA a few months ago, they seem very good, and the batteries last a long time. Not sure if I'm brave enough to use them in the rain yet?!

Clas ohlon also do the peltor defenders. Good sound and well made. Seem to hold up to light rain OK but feel like I am testing it to see how much rain will kill them. Still working years on. 👍
