Jon I don't think you can be sectioned for parking on single yellow line but may pay not to push it case they find other reasons.

like i said were they there when you parked

they might have parked 5 minutes before you got back and the warden just

had n't done his/her next curcuit

So you made a note and took a photo of all the cars that were parked there when you arrived, not when you got back to your car?

 

I say tough, I hate it when people park were they shouldn't.

Hi all Just picked up a parking ticket an hour and a half ago in Bath Somerset but not paying it. Because others in the street who were there at the same time I've took photographic evidence of the pictures of the cars and Reg they never got parking tickets as well so why should I be sectioned out to get a ticket can anyone help thanks John

 

 

I took the same attitude some years back, told myself hell will freeze over before I pay that...

 

two years later I was handing over two hundred quid to a woman bailiff in the yard...

Perhaps yours was the only Roller parked on the yellow line?

 

Sure you can afford it Jon & as Vespasian says it only goes up & you end up with a CCJ.
