I need to get a shipping container at my house to secure my tackle while we build an extension, it will go down the yard when its finished so i don't wanna hire 1. With so many getting broke into there must be a way of securing them? i have seen the mobile mini ones have concealed hinges and a hidden locking mechanism but are like hens teeth second hand!

I can get 2 20 foot ones in John and still have room to move, ive heard stories of hinges being cut off an all sorts, when they have finished here i will get them took to the yard so it would be nice to get them super secure.

Try and cover as many sides as possible with obstacles (ie butt it against walls etc). They can be peeled open like a can pretty easily, the roof especially.

If you have multiple stack then stack them. Cutting into a second story one will be much harder.

Weld some ground achors to the floor and put the machines over the top of them.

Cover over the lock, alarmed internally with a sound blaster in. You won't stay in there long trust me. Inside the doors fabricate a second set of grill doors that lock. Once the alarm goes off everyone in a 500 yard radius will know so they shouldn't hang about to try the second set of doors. To go further add a fogging device to the alarm.
