I have the Faithful one. The key thing with these is to be gentle, it's very easy to cook a tooth, the lightest shave is best.

 

And that is the secret, our lads are way to heavy handed with these and have destroyed dozens of chains. The big green one is a lidi special that a member here spotted on special offer so I grabbed a couple of them, its no different to the Oregon unit other than its half the price. The little 12volt ones on the left are good but you need to keep a stock of the stones as they dont last long.

I bought a cheap one off eBay, blew up motor in 2 months so bought the oregano one,what a tool and you can do depth gauges an hedge cutter blades on it....Top tip keep the grinding stone dressed,as soon as it looks black dress it ,saves heat build up which is bad for teeth and sharpens better.
