Britain Hating Ideology

Cut the tax credits completely, if people can't afford to support kids don't have them. Hopefully £1000 is just the tip of the iceberg, I'd like to think those of us who work hard and smart won't be subsidising the lazy/stupid etc etc due to their poor life choices for much longer.

Good idea mate, then instead of giving them a wee bit help you can fully support them when they can't afford to work!!!!

How far up your arse is your head btw?

Oh well, maybe that's the problem here, most of the nation feel they are owed more than they earn...and sadly have been getting it.

Why do you blame the poor buggers that are working a 42 or more hour week for not enough money to actually manage in this country's cost of living! Why are you not blaming the people/companies that display no morals or ethics and are merely exploitative - why are we subsidising peoples pay - could it be private enterprise's fault perhaps for joyfully taking advat the rest of us!antage all the time? Stop blaming the people on the receiving end of these gross injustices and start blaming the rich bastards who are dishing it out nd laughing

I wonder if and when they scrap /lower these tax credits that the system will shock itself and wages rise as a result?

If enough people were forced into the dole not being able to afford to work that employers may take note

Oh ido hope so ............. Most of those who govern & a lot of Employers couldn't organise a good Piss Up in a brewery.

I can't help but feel that Osborne knows what he's doing..

  • Propose a bill so horrid that the public, and the even the House of Lords will oppose it.
  • Trash the Lords in the right-wing media to justify a reform of the House which is mostly non-Tory, but on Tory terms. Keep an eye on the Telegraph, everyone.
  • Leave the Tories open to pass all matter of bills, further selling off of NHS assets to Tory donors etc.

...time to leave the house I think.
