I think what we also need to remember is employers and customers alike may check someone out on Facebook before using their services . I know quite a few employers who run fake or ghost profiles and have been and had accepted friend requests from employees .

Big brother is no longer watching us , were telling him.

Lol and from what you have told me in the past Steve you are one of those employers! Nothing illegal all the same but a bit sneaky.
