Cut and hold, although this is really standard procedure and none of us are going to aim to stop doing it IMO. Forgetting to put visor down.

 

As mentioned before it's very annoying seeing ground staff walk under a tree without even glancing up.

On the whole cutting and holding issue I would like to put forward that I have probably come closer to having a mishap when I have put a step cut in something and gone to grab it because it has snapped out earlier than expected. Where as if I had just cut and held I would have probably been safer, as I know what the branch is going to do if I cut and hold. Anyone else feel like maybe cutting and holding should be told in a safe way I.e not cutting inches from your hand etc.
