I have been contacted by Newcastle upon Tyne police today.

 

They have recovered a fairly large haul of chainsaws, hedge trimmers blowers etc. One was from a customer of ours.

 

They are checking arbsafe out to see if they can match serial numbers up so if you haven't already registered do so now!

Just giving this a quick bump for those that missed it.

 

Not only might you get your machines back you can help put the thieving scum away. If the police can't prove something is stolen then they get away with it.

we can at least make the chances of those one offs resulting in people getting their gear back. Is yours on arbsafe yet? :001_smile:

 

how much arb stuff gets nicked & what % gets returned to its owner ??--5% ?? if that ,??

so its not worth trying to increase that percentage by spending 5 minutes inputting your gear into a database?

they got to find the gear 1st, havnt they.& the uk plod have proved theyv got the art of failure down to a fine art .imo:001_smile:
