Thanx for posting Xerx,

 

Colin Bashford was talking about the technique at his Barchams seminar a couple of weeks back.

I was struggling with visualising it.

 

I'd forgotten about looking it up.

Nice one.

 

Reckon praying to the Tree Gods like the fella did at 2:45ish is both respectful & prudential :thumbup1:

Gives u kinda perspective.... I spoke to Lauren Lanphear, President of ISA, about the Japanese Treeculturists, absolutely fascinating!

Thought it was a really cool thing to see, i spoke to him later that night after his demo, and its no wind up. A truly great bloke.

 

it goes to show how little climbing gear you really need just a bit of manilla rope and a couple of sticks. cant wait to use it at work to see how well it works.:ohmy:
