Which Compact Tractor Flail Mower

The guy with the old  tractor  mentioned a new  flail for  doing the encroaching hedgelines. He  already has an old topper that isn't much good I assume its  blades are blunt.

Thinking he would need an offset/side shift flail not very wide ( 100cm) as easier for the low HP and with the hammers for brambles etc?

Really he should probably just get a contractor in as has at least  60 acres.... in some place blackthorn and gorse has encroached over 25m on  other hedges theres just 1m to 5m of bramble.

I bought a couple of Winton machines to go behind a small New Holland compact tractor., a stone burier and a flail mower. That little tractor has no problem powering these.

I was considering a Winton stone burier, others have told me that a 'pro' machine does a much better job. What do you reckon Bob?

PS. I didn't buy the LiuGong!

Found they both work but the blec has a better finish and dosnt bounce as much on hard ground both benefit from the ground being well ripped before burying
