Whats the current state of the industry workwise?

Really slow when we moved but not getting climbing with a couple of people and getting my own work. Most of mynownvwork is gardening but it's alright mixed in with the tree work. Doing a nice bit of walling as well.

Busy Jan Feb and march. April was dead, may a bit better and getting much busier again now. Much like what others seem to be experiencing

We are very busy. Work is coming in on the residential, council and commercial front. The other two firms that we share a yard with are also busy from what I can make out. We were saying the other day that some of the trees that may have come up on council work schedules have now been dealt with as a result of the storms so this could explain why some are quiet. All in all we are busy but I guess it depends on your client base and your location

Been a very slow end of May and most of June. Starting to pick up a bit now on domestic and commercial work. I've not known it this quiet for many years. I guess you just get used to being flat out and it comes as a bit of a wake up call when it's not.

2012 was the last bit of gusty wind mate. That was a good winter.

I don't miss that ! I used to be the same up until last year!

I stopped doing them, fed up with tingly fingers and pains in my hands.
