Ripeur 2's

Ripeur 2 Leather puncture resistant glove :: Safety Hut : World class personal protective equipment for industry

Theres threads on here somewhere with plenty of happy customers. My pair are still going strong, very comfortable now.

Got offered a pair of them at work but couldnt get on with them, too thick for me, no feel when using saw or trying to hold billhooks etc when hedgelaying, much prefer a pair of rigger gloves that are well broken in.

Well I got a pair of the Ripeur 2's.

On the plus side they are quite supple and comfy. On the down side the cuffs are too short and wrists have got nicely mauled by the brambles. Also got stabbed a few times by the bramble thorns through the fingers. Bit disappointed for the price to be honest but not tried them out on hawthorn and blackthorn yet.

I agree about the short cuffs. Could do with these coming halfway up the fore arm.
