You cant stop em can you! especially with cutting tackle like that! police must have an idea of who it is, pretty specialised stuff, not the usual scrote

Yeah my place is belled up with a dialer to me! It's all about layers of security rather than one big thing.

Gotta agree with you Ian lots of different things to put them off As many locks and things that gotta be cut ,bent pull heaved out the way as possible

noise and time is what these magpies don't like

I got done over in 2012 and lost everything I was gutted

Recently I have moved My classics and vintages saws they have been put away safe in a big 6ft x 3ft homemade coffin if you get my drift in a shed and covered with stuff only movable with a loader

Alf Garnett or warren Mitchell once said he would brand every one of those

We got done a few years ago. The person that did it took every working machine we had and left every tool that wasn't working.....

Two weeks previously a guy working with us quit suddenly, abandoning the team he was meant to be leading and nipping off with the job takings.

It didn't take a detective to work out who was responsible.

The sad thing about it is that he would of sold the machines for next to nothing to buy drugs. Last I heard the guy in question was in a really bad way, it doesn't bring me any satisfaction to know that.

I hate to admit it but our security measures in those days were pretty slack and we were taught a lesson.

We've come a long way since then.

Yeah, being done over definitely gives you the kick up the arse to spend more on security to make it harder for them.
