defiantely extra 10yrs just make sure they are using redwood posts i have done 1000's of mtrs over the last 17yrs and its only the rogue spruce posts that have rotted

Got to be worth it. Think of the cost of having to redo the job in a few years because the posts have rotted out and the extra price for some quality posts pales into insignificance. Just about to try some Clipex fencing on the farm due to such bad experiences with regular treated posts.

My wood was coniferised in the 60's and the rabbit mesh has gone but I've been pulling out the 3" post and reusing them as they are still really solid (15 stone jump test!)😀

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
