Extensive risk assesment

I'm having problems getting on to a site. They say my risk assesmnet and method statement is light on content and isn't robust enough and should have more content.

I use the Arb association ones and have had them accepted everywhere else.

1-Does anyone have a seriously thorough RAMS I can copy?

2- Can anyone recommend a health and safety advisor that's is an arb specialist I can use?

Thanks

Are they site specific or generic? Maybe they want one specific to the job.

Are you breaking down the indavidual activities in your generic risk assessment ?

Are you referencing the generic in the site risk assessment ?

Ask to see a copy of their generic risk assessment so that you can get an idea of what they want.

Yes I've gone into great detail about each activity and refer back to generic one.

I've asked to see an acceptable one but they say I should get a health and safety professional to write it

They didn't recommendd their mate did they!

A building contractor client of ours has a site ongoing that borders a well known used car sales company in Rochdale. It's taken two weeks for the H&S guy there to agree to let the fencers on because of risk assessments.

The biggest risk that the H&S guy didn't foresee was that his company has just announced that they're going into liquidation.

Just saying!
