Just tracked a parcel from timberwolf. Parcel has traveled 231 miles so far when they are only 33 miles from me. Thay may turn up today or go for a little trip further will let you know.

Most parcels go to a hub in the midlands irrespective of where the destination is, they are then sent out to courier firms from there. So if I sent a pallet from here that was to go 10 miles down the road it would go via Birmingham. :confused1:

Ours is not the reason why:001_smile:

Retuning from Malaysia once and luggage got lost for 3mts. When it did arrive, everything had been trashed, including presents, clothes and the case itself. But clearly visable were airport stickers. It had been through Moscow, Delhi, Paris, Vancouver, London, somewhere else in France, Madrid, back to Moscow, somewhere in Scotland, back to somewhere else in France, Spain again and finally London. There were other illegible airport stickers.

Hope your delivery arrives in better nick than mine!

Reminds me of the Bob Hope joke, he goes to the checkin desk with 3 bags and is asked where he is going to which he replies London and the he then asks that bag 1 goes to Paris, bag 2 goes to Melbourne and bag 3 goes to Dublin. The checking lass replies "we can't do that" to which he replies "why not ? You did it last time and I didn't even ask" :)
