Hi guys. Hope im in the right thread. I would like to know how much someone with my experience etc should be getting paid on the the books.

Ive 2 yrs climbing experience, cs30/31, 38/39 & 41, first aid trained and hold a trailor licence. Im capable of large reductions and takedowns and also run my own gang. Any input would be appreciated thanks.

Second the above, however I'd expect you to ask for 160 day rate. I don't deal with full time paye so don't know what that guarantee of income deducts from day rate.

Wouldn't class two years as fully experienced normally, but I don't know what you've been climbing for that time, IME two years experience usually puts you on the 100/120 bracket, but I'm always happy to be proved wrong

Im in hertfordshire area- i was dropped in at the deep end so to speak. Climbed everyday since starting climbing. Id say im more competant than most of two years experience without blowing my own trumpet. Theres not a lot i cant do but obviously im still learning at the same time. Thanks for your input. Im sure my company will pay much more but i dont feel its enough so im getting some other opinions
