He was very polite and well spoken not the type you would expect to get caught up in this.

If someone takes the piss out of you then I see no reason why they should get away with it.

 

Although not a fan of the Jeremy Clarkson show I have read some of his books, which I liked.

 

Lots of people deserve a punch to the face but never get it, no doubt it will be the ruin of society.

I agree through there is no way I would contemplate doing jail time plus there is a good chance I would end up worse off in a fight.

 

Although it doesn't escape the fact that a lot of people do deserve a punch or two and good on those who dish it out.

 

At least there is a slot available on the bbc for another singing, dancing, showing you have no talent reality tv show:thumbup1: because if there is one thing we need on tv it's more of the above.

I worked for a high court judge, in fact a couple of them.

One thing they all remarked was how in the old days, a few exchanges would sort out a grievance; but now it seems everything goes legal.

 

I don't think what Jeremy did was right, nor would I like to think that people I work with would throw punches when they got upset.

 

But in this case I think it's between two people who let's face it work in a fairly high charged environment.

 

If I had a crew out working in the cold all day; I'd make sure they got fed proper in the evening.

 

This is all ridiculous at the end of the day, compared to any of the child abuse scandals carried out by celebs.

This pales in comparison but gets all this hype?

From what I can understand this row had been brewing for ages and a mahout factor was the lack of support from said producer when it all went Pete tong in Argantinia. So I'm guessing Clarkson had been wound up over a long time and the steak was the final incident.
