Hi all what the best chainsaw hat around all thanks Jon

I've always got on fine with the old Balance helmets (like the old Husky ones).

 

If get fed up with orange then Clarks do them in white or blue too.

 

Leagues ahead of the old Stihl ones, comfy enough and you could buy somthing like 4 of them for the price of one Protos, plus most importantly my Sordin radio muffs fit them

The new husky hi viz is very good, had to get 1 as I forgot my helmet 1 day but saw shop was just down road so got 1 to try and even better than the old 1ns.

We have the new husqvarna ones at work but the plastic seems weak on them it creases and dents just thru normal wear and tear. We have now gone back to buying petzl ones which I likes best. I would like to take the opportunity to say to my boss- I told you so!

Like the husky technical extreme expensive but comfy and visor is very effective wraparound style👍

It's very VERY light Jon....lot of climbers use them. If I didn't use a Protos then I would use a Husky Tech.

The new husky tech jon is the one to have unfortunately I've tested it and it saved my life bought another one straight away! Jim
