That wouldn't be possible.

Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

Well however did my place over fortnight ago took 4 of the old husqy combi cans- and even the spare spouts, plus of course all the tools and little gadgets that i had fitted on them- two were even used and empty so someone must like em!

I hope the cans leak, and set the bar stewards on fire - either that or they have already succumed to the non working chain breaks on two of the saws they got.

Guess i will need to order some of these new cans then. Is it me, or do they just look not as rufty tufty as the old ones?

I think Husky only gave us the cans because I keep hassling and whinging at them about it!

I don't think these are the final product though bud, they sound more like husky have sent you the recalled faulty cans, they're only just starting to build up new stock in Sweden, ready for release in May.

No offence but can everyone please disregard this comment.

Husqvarna wouldnt send me recalled faulty fuel cans! Besides they have the date of 01/2015 stamped on the cans.

Where did you get this info from?

In regards to some other questions.

The spouts look and feel more than adequate for the job, I have tried snapping one and im sure if I put enough effort in I probably could break it but it hasnt.

The spouts will fit the old husky can and vice verse, they certainly wont fit the stihl or oregon fuel cans.

There is a clear line on both oil and fuel tanks.

Sorry Johnny no demo one mate.:001_smile:

Finally, sorted the price out so it is now £29.6 inc VAT ATM.

I just have to sort a partial refund out on everyone who has bought one:001_rolleyes:

That is a question I'm not willing to answer on an open forum watched by Husqvarna, I'm sure you can understand why. I will answer via pm if you have any other questions.

The 'fault' with the cans is that they can be filled to the top... Yes, it's EU red tape time! EU law requires cans to have a 10% volume for expansion of vapour, that is un-fillable without tilting the can all over the shop.
