Transit Thefts

Just had a 'Neighbourhhoid Watch' email regarding the thefts of Transits and thefts from Transits. All happened without broken windows or broken locks. The police have stated their belief, that local thieves have a set of master keys and have been passing them from one gang to the next.

So if you're in the S.Wales area and have a Transit. You could be next, so be ever watchful. Don't leave gear in the van and get a wheel-clamp. At least they'd have to drill the lock on that.

Yup you can buy them online for £20, ridiculously easy, all you can do is make sure nothing is left in your van

Same with security wheel nuts You can buy the complete socket set with all the patterns in to undo all of them or even cheaper the one size fits all ( inside out female " easy out " type socket ) . Whats the point ?
